Under his strong recommendation, YAN Huichang stepped in to take the job at the critical moment when PENG suddenly passed away at the end of the year. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of PENG’s passing, National Chinese Orchestra Taiwan (NCO) invites TCO to perform a joint concert under the baton of YAN Huichang.
